How To DIY: Summer Centerpiece Workshop


Are you planning a wedding or event and want to know the basics of crafting your own DIY centerpieces working with fresh, organic, locally-grown flowers?

Are you interested in floral design and want to learn some insider tips and advice for how to create stunning arrangements?

Do you love flowers and wine and want to create a beautiful centerpiece to enjoy at home while drinking some of the best local wine our area has to offer?

If you’ve answered yes to any of these questions, then you will not want to miss our How To DIY Centerpiece Workshop. The workshop will be held at Glendale Ridge Vineyard, on Thursday, July 25th from 7-9pm or Thursday August 29th at Black Birch Vineyard. Admission to the workshop includes the following:

  • Personal instruction from Many Graces’ owner, Rebecca, regarding the basics of working with fresh, local flowers

  • A half-hour instructional lecture regarding centerpiece crafting basics, the do’s & dont’s of centerpiece creation, and time for participant questions and answers

  • A brief tutorial about the flowers that participants will work with in the workshop (all freshly-harvested from the Many Graces fields)

  • A vase within which to build your centerpiece, along with all of the supplies necessary to craft your arrangement (floral clippers, wire, floral tape, etc.)

  • At least one full hour to create your centerpiece and to ask questions or seek feedback during your crafting process

  • Complimentary snacks and a glass of wine of your choosing!

Due to space restrictions, we will admit 35 participants per workshop, so sign up early to claim your spot before they are spoken for. We look forward to working with you!
