Purchase Agreements

Customers agree that all event floral orders submitted through the Many Graces website are non-refundable once they have been submitted.

Customers understand and agree that if they opt for a payment plan for their A la Carte Order, Many Graces will require a standard event contract for signature that will be kept on file through their event date.

Customers acknowledge and agree that Many Graces will not be held liable or responsible for improper storage of or damage to flowers (both designed pieces and DIY buckets) once customers receive their order, either via pick-up at the Many Graces Studio, or via our delivery service.

Customers agree and understand that flowers are ephemeral beings and that once Customers take possesion of their flower order, Many Graces is no longer liable or responsible for any subsequent flower-related issues that may arise. Customers agree and understand that such issues are not grounds for requesting a refund or replacement, and that such requests will not be granted.

Style Release

Customers agree that they have spent a satisfactory amount of time reviewing Many Graces’s work and that they have a reasonable expectation that Many Graces’s floral design services will produce a reasonably similar outcome and result for the Customer. Many Graces will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Customer’s services are carried out in a style and manner consistent with Many Graces current portfolio. Furthermore, the Customer understands and agrees that:

  • Every customer and final delivery is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;

  • Floral Design is a subjective service and Many Graces is a provider with a unique vision, and an ever-evolving style and technique;

  • Many Graces will use their personal judgment to create favorable results for the Customer, which may not include strict adherence to the Customer’s suggestions;

  • Dissatisfaction with Many Graces’s independent design judgment or individual management style are not valid reasons for termination of their order or request of any monetary refund.  

Customers agree and understand that the issu listed above are not cause for requesting a refund or replacement and that such requests will not be granted.

Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Many Graces and its employees, agents and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to the floral design services provided in their order.
