Wine Eyed Jill is an INCREDIBLE and stunning small ball dahlia that captures the attention of every onlooker! This plant produces early in the season and doesn’t quite until the frost! The stems are LONG and the plants are medium sized. The thing we love the most about Wine Eyed Jill is the way the flowers start off as a more saturated shade of soft purple with a dark wine eye, and then turn a shade of golden beige when the weather starts to turn colder—it’s truly incredible!
